I thoroughly enjoyed being at the conference and learning a bit about the retail industry in Pakistan. It was good to meet some of the top retailers in the country and also meet some global industry leaders. While my trip was very short, it seems that there seems to be potential for more global brands to explore the prospects of the large market in Pakistan.

It was the first time I participated in the Retail Safari in Karachi this year; I was extremely impressed with the caliber of the speakers and participants, the breadth and depth of the topics covered and the conversations that these spurred during Q&A and the breaks.
